Smoke on the Water was established in 2011 by native Jon Magee, a longtime resident of the river and avid trout angler, to provide unique and delicious food prepared in the laid back style that embodies river living. Jon and his wife Denise have a passion for great BBQ and a desire to provide everyone who enjoys the surrounding mountains a place to relax, while we prepare you a unique taste experience to enjoy at your leisure. This weekend we have Fried Oysters and Pork Belly Nachos as Appetizers. Entrees are Cajun Breaded Orange Roughy topped with Pecan Butter with Wild Rice Pilaf and Vegetable and a Grilled Thick Cut Pork Chop with Apple Onion Chutney served with Mashed Potatoes and Vegetable.

It is possible, we don't use peanuts very often but we do use peanut butter occasionally. We use pecans, almonds and sunflower seeds in several recipes and they are sometimes processed at the same facility as peanuts. You are correct there can be traces of peanut in many things that you wouldn't think would have anything to do with peanuts. So, I can't guarantee there aren't traces of peanut.

Can I ask if any traces of peanuts? Also is the full menu available? (Traces of peanuts can be used in flour you use,even vegetable oil, bread, cheese etc)
